Blueberry smoothie at Zoo Coffee. This is their small size. Pretty generous.
As the name of the cafe indicates, the place has an animal theme. I thought the elephant on the table was cute. They also have big stuffed white tigers on the floor. Not real of course. I would call the authorities if they were. Just toys. It's more like a safari or a jungle than a zoo. Nice bossanova in the background.
I am on the way back from a pharmacy. I have an eye infection in the left eye. It hurts when I blink. I must have rubbed it with a dirty hand. I forgot to bring the antiinflammatory eyedrop from japan. I used google translate to tell the pharmacist what i needed. She understood it immediately, so it must have been proper translation for a change. I also pointed at my eye, so it must have ben pretty obvious what my problem was.

It was a small drug store and she didn't ring me up. She just told me how much. I thought I heard "san jen" so I figured it was 3000 something. But then I thought "No way, that's too cheap." It would be 200 something yen. I thought maybe it's 30,000 won. Then that's pretty pricy. But i needed the eyedrop, so i gave her a 50,000-won note. And she gave back 46,000 some won! It was 3,000 yen. Amazingly inexpensive. I hope it works.

Considering how low the prices are here, some drinks at caffes are pretty expensive. This smoothie was 5,800 won.

Time to leave the cafe now. It's getting noisy with excited talks between two men in suits.
