It was a very hot night. 30c even at 10 p.m.
We went to bed with the ac in the living room on and the bedroom door open to let the cool air in, and I woke up with a scratchy throat. I never sleep with the ac on because it gets too cold, but thought it would be ok this time since the ac was in the other room. Wrong. Now headachy, too. Turned off the ac altogether now. Feels good to be in a warm room. Hope it does not develop to a full blown cold.
