I'm never flying JAL. Just too many problems with their aircrafts. What kind of maintenance are they carrying out? Too scary.

Come to think of it, I don't think I've ever flown JAL before. Always ANA. Not that they never had a problem, but seems like a better choice than JAL.

そういえば昔、ANA mileage cardのパスワードを忘れてしまい、電話で問い合わせをしたことがある。super polite operatorが、電話ではお教えできないのだが、と申し訳なさそうに言う。パスワードが数字なのか、英数字なのかも忘れていた私なのだが、彼女はヒントを出すべく、「Kay様、パスワードは数字でございます」と言うので、「数字ですか。ええと、あ、XXXXですか？」と言うと、「その通りでございます！」とクイズのグランプリ獲得と言う感じで一緒に喜んでくれた。くすだまが割れて、紙ふぶきが舞う光景が見えたよ。おもしろかった。
